Ordering
How can I place an order?
Tap "Order on WhatsApp" on any product page, or message us through the WhatsApp button at the bottom right. We also take orders by phone.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2 pm on weekdays ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by bank transfer. Please contact our customer service for other payment options.
Does baklava survive shipping?
Our baklava is made fresh on the day it ships and packed in sturdy boxes that don't leak syrup. It usually reaches anywhere in Türkiye within 1–2 business days. For long distances we recommend our dry baklava.
Products
What is menengiç coffee?
Menengiç is the fruit of the terebinth tree, a wild relative of the pistachio. Roasted and pounded, it makes a caffeine-free coffee that is usually brewed with milk.
Which harvest are your pistachios from?
All our products are from the current season's new crop. The harvest year is printed on every pack.
What is the difference between early-harvest and regular kernels?
Early-harvest "boz iç" pistachios are picked before the shell hardens, so they are a deeper green with a more intense aroma. Regular kernels come from the fully ripe harvest.
How should I store pistachios?
Keep them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. The fridge is recommended for longer storage.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. We supply patisseries, nut shops, hotels, restaurants and companies. Just fill in the form on our wholesale page.
What is the minimum order for corporate gifts?
The minimum order for logo-printed corporate gift boxes is 25. For smaller quantities, take a look at our standard gift boxes.
