Our story
Fıstako is a family business offering Antep pistachios, pistachio baklava and coffee from our shop in the Almacı Pazarı, inside Gaziantep's historic Coppersmiths' Bazaar. In a bazaar where the sound of hammers still echoes, we bring together the city's three great flavours: baklava, pistachios and coffee.
For us, a good pistachio is harvested at the right time, dried well, sorted by size and colour and roasted just right. We make our baklava fresh every day with early-harvest pistachios and real butter, and grind our coffee close to your order.
For those who can't visit our shop, we carefully pack our products and ship them anywhere in Türkiye.
